Legal Entity Notice: The Sparkies application and its associated services are officially developed, operated, and hosted by the entity FikerHub (fikerhub.com).

⚠️ 18+ Only: Sparkies is strictly for individuals aged 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm you are 18+. Minor accounts will be terminated immediately.

1. Eligibility

You confirm you meet the age limit and have never been convicted of a violent or sexual crime. You are permitted only one active account; bypassing restrictions leads to a ban.

2. Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abuse. Prohibited conduct includes:

Harassment, bullying, or stalking.
Scams, financial solicitation, or identity misrepresentation.
Using bots, scrapers, or flood-scripts to disrupt services.
Exploiting, abusing, or targeting minors.

3. Content License

You own your posts, but grant Sparkies a worldwide license to host and route your content to run real-time chat features. You are responsible for what you share.

4. Safety & Moderation

We do not run background checks. You are responsible for interactions. Use the built-in Reporting, Leaving, and Blocking tools to flag inappropriate behavior.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account without notice for violating these terms or for behavior harmful to the community.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee user compatibility or conduct, and are not liable for damages from using the platform.
