1. Eligibility & Requirements

By using FikerHub, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You warrant that you have never been convicted of a violent or sexual crime. You are permitted only one active account; creating multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban.

2. Community Standards

You agree to treat all members with respect. Strictly prohibited conduct includes:

• Bullying, stalking, or harassing any person.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information.
• Soliciting money or financial details from other users.
• Using automated bots or scrapers to access the service.

3. Content Rights

You retain ownership of the photos and messages you post. However, you grant FikerHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

4. Safety & Interaction

FikerHub does not conduct criminal background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We encourage the use of our Reporting and Blocking tools to flag any inappropriate behavior.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of this agreement or for any behavior we deem harmful to the FikerHub community.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as is." FikerHub does not guarantee user compatibility or the conduct of members. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.
